AGENDA: for the official annual assembly of the European Society “LIGHT and GLASS”, for Friday September 25th 2009 to be held in the Aula Magna National Glasscentre, La Granja, Spain.
The assembly will start at 2.00pm and is due to finish at 5.00pm.
- Welcome by the chairman (representing our President), confirmation of a quorum
- Reading and acceptance of the protocol of the last meeting of September 15th 2008 in Kamenický Šenov
- Reading of the treasurers report for 2008 and af the previewed budget for 2009-2010
- Presidents report and that of the board for the year 2008, clearance of the books
- Preview and reports for the running period 2009-2010, discussion, suggestions and decisions
- Confirmation of the existing board of the Society, possible cooptation of possible reserve members
- Listing of new members, accepting resigning of present members, to produce a new members list
- Other matters: Formulating a document to advise EU as to replacement of incandescent lightbulbs

- Bestätigung des 2007 gewählten Vorstandes (Neuwahlen 2010), eventuelle Nachbesetzungen
